Purchased within the last 30 days

Unworn, undamaged and unmarked

In their original condition and in the original packaging or shoe box.

For full priced items we offer free returns, 30 days after purchase only

Returning discounted items will incur a $10 AUD postage deduction from your refund.

Visit our online returns portal, to be guided through the easy return process.

Once in your customer account, choose the item that you would like to return and make a request.

Our team will then review your request, approve it and email you a return label.

You may then take your return package and return label to the post office, to get it sent back to use.

The package will come back to us and we will then process your refund.

We do not approve returns for accessories.

After receiving your packing slip from iShoes, we allow 1 week for you to post your shoes for the return. If the product is not posted within this time, you may need to make another request

If any items are not eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you at your cost. These items will incur a postage charge - $10 for Australian returns and $25 for New Zealand returns. All efforts will be made to contact you, however, if we do not hear from you within 45 days we reserve the right to dispose of your items.

We do not accept store or online returns for ishoes products purchased via the above marketplaces. To return the item purchased from these websites, please place a return request back through the original website.
