iShoes wants you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out.
We offer returns under these conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Full-priced items are eligible for free return postage within Australia (once per order).
For sale or clearance items, a $10 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be purchased directly from the iShoes website (not from other marketplaces or stockists).
Footcare accessories cannot be returned.Postage costs from the original order are non-refundable.
