- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as purchased, through the same tender type.

Step 4: Once logged in, you will see a list of your orders. Select the order you wish to return.
Step 5: Follow the on-screen instructions to create a return request.
Step 6: Ensure your item meets the following return conditions:

- - Unworn, undamaged, and unmarked.
- - In its original condition and packaging or shoe box (considered part of the item).
