- iShoes cannot take responsibility for items returned via non-registered delivery.
- Refunds will be processed in the same manner as purchased, through the same tender type.
- Allow 7-10 business days to process your return once the package has been received and handled.
- Returns can be done within Australia only.

- Be unworn, undamaged, and unmarked.
- Be in their original condition and packaging or shoe box (considered part of the item).
- Important: All shoe boxes must be placed inside protective outer packaging. If the shoe box is damaged or covered in tape, a $10 packaging fee will be deducted from your refund.

Step 2: Use the email address associated with your order to log in.
Step 3: You will receive a login code via email. Enter this code to access your account.
Step 4: Once logged in, you will see a list of your orders. Select the order you wish to return.
Step 5: Follow the on-screen instructions to create a return request.
Step 6: Ensure your item meets the following return conditions:
- - Purchased within the last 30 days.
- - Unworn, undamaged, and unmarked.
- - In its original condition and packaging or shoe box (considered part of the item).
Step 8: Drop your package at a registered post office.
