returns & exchange

iShoes is confident you will be happy with your purchase however we
understand that sometimes, the pair just doesn’t fit!

We exchange/refund items:

  • Purchased within 30 days
  • Free postage for returns/exchanges within Australia only - Applies once per order
  • Full price
  • Unworn, with original tags or packaging including shoe box and lid
  • Purchased directly on iShoes website (not from stockists or marketplaces such as Ozsale, Catch or eBay etc.)

*Any postage is non-refundable.

*We cannot exchange/return footcare accessories.

We do not offer exchange for sale items. However, we accept return for refund.
For eligible return for sale items:

  • Purchased within 30 days
  • Unworn, with original tags or packaging including shoe box and lid
  • Purchased on iShoes online (not from a stockist or marketplaces such as Ozsale, Catch or eBay etc.)


*Please organise own return delivery.
* A re-stocking fee of $10 will be administered.
*Any postage is non-refundable.
If any item is not eligible for return, we will contact you and return the item to you at your cost. Postage charge - $10 within Australian, $25 to New Zealand.
All efforts will be made to contact you, however, if we do not hear from you within 60 days, we reserve the right to dispose of your items.
